One Media Access started out as a passion project for (2) two best friends, Ja and Chesca – who loves to listen to K-pop and watch Korean dramas. The thought of starting this blog began right after NCT’s Concert here in Manila. We really wanted to share our concert experiences, thoughts about the concerts that we are going and, some pre-concert tips that you may find helpful.

I (Ja) have been a K-pop fan ever since TVXQ’s Mirotic era which was year 2008! I remember listening and watching K-pop Music Video’s thru MYX on our small Television back then, (kids, watching music videos through YouTube was not yet a thing then) besides K-Pop, I really love to listen to music in general – Acoustics, Hip-hop, Pop, R&B. I also love to watch K-Drama’s, Disney movies, Anime and so many more ~ Of course I still have a life outside K-pop and K-drama, as a full-time corporate employee. I was also a content creator thus my love for writing.

Chesca was a corporate photographer years back and is currently working as a freelance Graphic Artist – her K-pop fangirl life was really eventful this year, having to attend her very first concert NCT The Link in Manila and followed by Seventeen Be the Sun in Manila – both her favorite groups. Photography was really her passion and concert photos really hit her interest.

Life before the pandemic happened, I really enjoyed watching live concerts, the hype and adrenalin that it gives me was really something that not a material thing can replace – then pandemic happened, fast forward to year 2022 Concerts finally started again: it was really a year full of Concerts and Fan meetings, it will really be difficult to go to each and every concert that is happening here in the Philippines, and that is where One Media Access comes in.
